Vandaag heb ik naar aanleiding van de vraag of Cricut Design Studio werkt onder windows 7 antwoord gekregen;
onderstaand het antwoord van de support afdeling, ik zal het voor jullie zo goed mogelijk proberen te vertalen
Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Design Studio software. Here is how to download the Design Studio Windows 7 version:
Dank je voor je intresse in CDS software. Hier is de download instructie voor Design Studio Windows 7
Go to www.cricut.com and create an account (in the top right corner of the page select sign in)
ga naar www.cricut.com an maak een account aan. (rechts bovenin op de pagina en selecteer sign in)
After you are logged on go to this link http://www.cricut.com/cds/Update.aspx
Na het inloggen ga je naar deze link http://www.cricut.com/cds/Update.aspx
You want the program update (top green download button)
Je wilt het programma updaten (de bovenste groene knop)
After clicking on this you want to RUN not save. This may take a minute. It might say that the Publisher could not be verified, if it does just click on Run.
Na het klikken op deze knop kies voor RUN en niet voor save. Dit duurt een minuut. Het kan zijn dat de uitgever niet word herkent als dit zo is click dan op uitvoeren.
It will take you to the setup wizard, click next, I agree, Install, Finish.
Je komt in de setup wizard. klik op next, dan op agree, install, Finish
Once that is done you will need to click on the Install fonts (As Administrator) then click OK.
Als dit gebeurt is, klik je op install fonts (als administrator) dan klik je op OK

You now have the Design Studio Software on your desktop. Open it by double clicking on the shortcut icon. That will open to an activation screen; this is where you will type in your serial number and other information. Then just click on activate using the internet(if you get a box asking you which user account do you want to use to run this program, uncheck the box that says protect my computer and click on OK).
Nu staat CDS softwaren op je buroblad. Op het en dubbel lok op de shortcut icoon. Dit open het activatie scherm. Hier typ je het serie nummer en de overige informatie. Dan klik je op activate met bruik van internet. (je kan in een blok komen wat vraagt welk account je wilt gebruiken, kies dan voor de optie bescherm mijn computer).
You should then get a message telling you that you are fully activated and it will give you some other numbers. You don’t need to write those down. The Serial number is the only one you need to keep track of. Just click on ok and you will be good to go.
Nu verschijnt er een boodschap dat zet dat je volledig geactiveerd bent. en het geeft je een reeks getallen je hoeft deze niet te bearen. Het Serie nummer is het enige dat je moet bewaren. klik op OK om verder te gaan.
Deze installatie procedure kan ik niet zelf uitproberen omdat ik werk met vista en niet onder windows 7.
